Breakfast was pleasant, offering good quality coffee and a simple range of options. the air conditioning system struggled. it remained too warm despite efforts to get it working properly. the lack of responsive service regarding cleaning requests was frustrating—towels were provided only after multiple requests. Some areas, like the carpet and bathroom cleanliness, left something to be desired, which dampened the otherwise cozy atmosphere.

The room was spotless and had this lovely modern vibe that made me feel right at home. I also enjoyed the chill vibe in the leisure room and tried out the cozy TV lounge, both perfect for relaxing after a long day. The only thing I'd suggest is getting an extra fan for warmer days—other than that, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

The reception team was genuinely welcoming, providing helpful tips for exploring the city. the room was on the smaller side, which might be a consideration for those who prefer more space.

I just spent 3 nights in a double room and found it to be a good base for exploring the city. The staff were helpful, and I enjoyed the quick walk to the Plaza Catalunya and the nearby designer shops. It was nice starting each day with the breakfast they provide, adding value to my stay.
